Return & Refund Policy – LUMICOVE
At LUMICOVE, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange program. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any item purchased directly from LUMICOVE within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible. Please note that personalized or custom-made products, as well as final sale items, are excluded from this policy unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Free Returns – No Restocking Fee
LUMICOVE does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. Return shipping is free for customers within the continental United States. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team using the information below to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account (typically 3–5 business days, but may vary). If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. LUMICOVE will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this when you request your return. We will ship the replacement item as soon as your return is processed, at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a backorder option.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at the email or phone number below. We will arrange for a prepaid return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges, within 10 business days of receipt. We may request photographs of the damage to expedite the process.
