Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. LUMICOVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect products upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected].
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Certain items may be final sale as indicated on the product page.
